Oru Naal Varum - Malayalam Movie stills

Malayalam superstar Mohanlal's much-awaited Oru Naal Varum, which was unexpectedly postponed after the film exhibitors’ federation took a decision not to release any new film from June 23, following a friction with producers and distributors association, has been
 confirmed to grace the screens on July 9. Directed by Rajiv Kumar, the film has been already cleared by the Censors with a ‘U’ certificate. Sameera Reddy is the heroine.

Scripted by Sreenivasan, the film has Mohanlal playing the role of a village farmer who comes to Thiruvananthapuram selling everything in his village for his children's higher education. He buys a plot of land and wants to build a house in the city. After drawing the plan of his new house, he submits it to the Town Planning officer (Sreenivasan) at the Corporation office. His troubles begin from then on.
